Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform — The Flat3999 website and associated services.
• Drop — A limited product release event on the Platform.
• Piece — The physical product you purchase as part of a Drop.
• Participant — Any person who completes a purchase on the Platform.
• Shared Experience — The number selection and live reveal included with a purchase.
• Outcome — The additional item awarded to the Participant holding the lowest unique number.
• We / Us / Our — Flat3999 and Dope Apparels Pvt Ltd.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book a piece.
• You must be located in India at the time of purchase.
• You must provide accurate personal information, including a valid phone number and delivery address.
• Each person may book one piece per Drop. Multiple bookings by the same individual may be cancelled without refund.

• The price for Drop 01 is ₹3,999 per piece, inclusive of taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation will be sent to the phone number provided.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is completed.
• In the event a Drop is cancelled by us before fulfilment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Each piece is made individually after the Drop closes. Delivery timelines will be communicated through your dashboard.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
• Delivery is available within India only.
• Each piece is one-of-one and made to the size selected during checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

• The Shared Experience is included with your purchase. It is not a separate paid activity and does not constitute gambling.
• On reveal day, you may select one number within the published range. Selection is voluntary. Failure to select a number excludes you from the Outcome only — your piece ships regardless.
• Once a number is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Number selection closes at the published time. Late selections are not accepted.
• The rules of number selection (lowest unique number receives the Outcome) are published before the Drop opens and cannot be changed once the Drop begins.

• The Outcome for Drop 01 is a Royal Enfield Classic 350. Outcome details are confirmed before the Drop opens.
• The Outcome is awarded to the Participant holding the single lowest unique number.
• If no unique number exists (all numbers chosen were duplicates), the Outcome will be awarded by an alternative method which will be announced at the time of reveal.
• The Outcome recipient is responsible for applicable taxes. Outcome value above ₹10,000 may be subject to 30% TDS under Indian tax law. We will provide the required documentation.
• The Outcome cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
• Outcome logistics (collection, delivery) will be coordinated directly with the recipient.

• All content on the Platform — including the Flat3999 brand, copy, imagery, and design — is owned by us or our partners.
• Purchasing a piece does not grant you any rights to the Flat3999 brand or the Platform's intellectual property.
• The physical piece you purchase is yours. However, the designs and brand identity of collaboration partners (e.g., theChokka) remain their property.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for your piece.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, manufacturing issues beyond our control, or events of force majeure.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The version date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised.
